What We Do
Our work falls into four trades, all under the one licence:
Emergency plumbing
water that will not shut off, a pan overflowing, gas smells or a cold shower, sorted out over the phone first.
General plumbing
mixers and cisterns, showers and sinks, hidden leaks traced through walls, and gas appliances hooked up.
Drainage
sewers, stormwater and slow yard gullies, with camera work to show what the ground hides.
Hot water
valves, elements and thermostats brought back to life, and a whole new system when the cylinder is done.

How We Work
The order of a job never changes, and you always know where you stand.
The quote
You see the price before anyone picks up a tool, and what you sign off on is what you pay.
The work
If a job uncovers something unexpected, like a collapsed drain run under a paved terrace, we stop and talk it through before going further.
The finish
Payment is by card or EFTPOS on site once everything is done, so there is nothing to chase later.

The Pipes Under an Old Suburb
This suburb keeps the trade interesting, because so much of its plumbing dates from between the wars.
Water pipes
By 1907, once a service reservoir had been built on Bartleys Hill, supply had reached this hill, and the first houses here ran on galvanised steel piping. That steel narrows with rust on the inside, so a bathroom added last decade can run brown and weak when the old feed is still buried in the wall.
Drains
The railway branch that reached the racecourse in 1882 brought the families who built these homes, and their house drains went down as earthenware lengths. The reactive clay underneath still shifts those joints with the seasons, and roots from the big old gardens find every socket.
Where We Work
From the hill streets we work out through Hendra, Hamilton, Albion and Clayfield and all the roads in between, so wherever you are, a tradesman is close by, whether the job is a gas bayonet in a weatherboard or a hot water failure beside the station in a unit block.

Questions About the Business
Call (07) 3067 4289Who actually does the work?
Our licensed plumbers and gasfitters carry out every job, from a dripping mixer on the hill to a gas line repair near the station, and the team that quotes is the team that turns up.
What licence does the business hold?
The licence covers plumbing and drainage and gasfitting, held under QBCC No: 15024607, and the number is shown wherever licensing comes up, because a trades business should be easy to check.
Which suburbs do you service?
Our run takes in this suburb's streets plus Hendra, Hamilton, Albion and Clayfield, and the connecting roads between, so whether your place sits on the hill or near the station help is never far away.
How do you price a job?
The price lands in writing before anything starts, nothing begins until you say yes, and card or EFTPOS on site settles it once the work is finished.
How quickly can you get here?
We work same-day where we can, so ringing early gives us the best chance of getting a plumber to your place before the day is out, and booked visits cover everything that can wait.
How do I book a plumber in Ascot?
Ring (07) 3067 4289, let us know the problem, and we will book a time that works for you, inspect the job and give you a written price before anything begins.
